Multiple Communication Channels: ECG data can be transmitted locally through USB or Bluetooth. At home, the patient has the option of transmitting their test data through the telephone – or if internet savvy using their PC. The CT ECG Receiving System transforms the data from acoustic analogue form to digital for downstream storage and eventual analysis and reporting.
“Lite” EMR Capabilities: When ECG recordings are uploaded to the RHMS™ through any one of the accepted mediums, the system automatically associates it with the correct patient and inserts it into their personal virtual patient history. There, the tests can be viewed by doctors from any web-enabled PC, printed out, or even integrated with existing EMR systems.
Web & Cellular Interface: Both the clinical account and patient history can be viewed from any PC with Internet access. The transmitted tests and clinical RHMS accounts can also be accessed through any web-enabled phone with Java capabilities.
Patient Parameters: The doctor can define various ECG parameters threshold limits for the incoming ECG Recordings– including HR, QRS complex, and ST interval – outside of which the system will send an immediate alert.
Instant Data Transfer: Once an ECG test has been transmitted, it is immediately viewable seconds later through accessing the RHMS website. The doctor can also choose to have an e-mail sent with the test attached as soon as the system receives it, and/or/only if the test falls outside of the pre-defined patient parameters.
