HealthFrontier will provide web and wireless medical devices and monitoring services for patients to create a safe, comfortable, and affordable outpatient program. The program can be offered to hospitals in many possible packages. One package would allow patients to use ecg@home™ with our monitoring network, while another package would see institutions using all our products and the licensed HealthFrontier RHMS™ network server.
Telemedicine
Technologies, products and solutions can be provided for complete Internet-based remote health monitoring and for communication between patients and care givers.
Our services are available via telephone, personal computer or through wireless communications such as a PDAs and WAP enabled devices (cell phones and interactive pagers).
Our wireless technology utilizes the internet and enables you to track and monitor your patients’/clients’ physiology from remote locations around the world. This data is collected, stored and accessible by authorized personnel to assist in treatment and evaluation of many medical conditions
Homecare
Many people live in a condition that makes them reasonably defined as “remote patients” or “remote users”. This particular situation ranges among widely different cases:

Medical Labs
Medical labs currently use ECG recorders and stress test systems for tests on patients recommended by their GP’s. The patients have these tests conducted and then are provided their results usually within weeks. HealthFrontier’s web-enabled devices will allow patient information and analysis to be stored within minutes of conducting the test. The analysis may then be retrieved or sent to the appropriate GP or specialist in real-time.
HMOs and Insurance Companies
HMOs and Insurance Companies can use ecg@home or ecgAnywhere for various applications from member testing to offering additional services which provide peace of mind living.
Nursing Homes
Our web-enabled medical devices are ideal for elderly patients in nursing homes.
GPs & Cardiologists
Cardiologists can give, rent or suggest ecg@home to their patients. This allows them to check patient's conditions and verify their ECGs because of some symptoms. Cardiologists receive recordings through telephone, e-mail or WEB.
A GP may use ecg@home™ or ecgAnywhere in his/her office and request an interpretation from a specialist via the web. GPs can also recommend ecg@home™ to their patients for testing at home or anywhere. The data that is received by the GP may be interpreted or sent to a specialist for interpretation.

Pharmacy’s can offer new services to their customers, based on a new concept in electrocardiography: ecg@home, a small and reliable device that acquires one ECG trace and transmit it to a Specialist. The customer records his/her ECG at the pharmacy or at home. The device stores the last trace acquired. When the customer records a trace consequently to a relevant symptom, he/she can transmit it to an elective doctor obtaining the proper feedback.

Complete range of services for the design and implementation of a Telediagnosis Call Center are available. How to connect remote Centers or Hospital Departments other than Cardiology?
A typical solution is the implementation of an ECG network, tailor to provide cardiological support to Hospital Departments or Services able to move data. The system allows to record an ECG in a general Department, send it through a network to the Cardiology department and receive back the diagnosis.
